On this episode, we review hepatitis C. We give some background information and statistics. We discuss pre-treatment workup as well as some comorbidities to consider before starting treatment. We then give a brief overview of treatment for HCV genotype 1a. We list some resources to use to review the other genotypes as well as more information on the overall disease.
